At Divine Celebration Party Rentals, we make your event experience simple, smooth, and stress free from start to finish. Our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Delivery Service
We proudly serve Alexandria, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
Delivery fees are based on distance, order size, and setup requirements. During checkout or quoting, your delivery fee will be calculated based on your event location.
Orders outside of our standard service area may be subject to a long-distance delivery rate.
Delivery Window
Delivery times are scheduled within a route-based system.
Your delivery window will be confirmed the day before your event. While we do our best to accommodate preferred times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless Priority Delivery is selected.
Priority Delivery Option
For customers who need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Priority Delivery for an additional fee.
This ensures your order arrives within a specific, prescheduled time frame that works best for your event.
Setup Services
We provide setup for select items to ensure safety and proper installation.
Tents include professional setup and takedown.
Large or specialty items such as inflatables, backdrops, and photo booths are also set up by our team.
Tables and chairs are delivered stacked unless setup is added to your order.
Pickup
Pickup is scheduled after your event within a designated window.
Items should be ready for pickup in the same condition they were delivered. This includes being free of decorations, trash, and food.
Late pickups or items not ready may result in additional fees.
Important Notes
A clear and accessible path must be available for delivery and setup.
Customer must be available or provide clear instructions for placement.
Additional fees may apply for stairs, long walking distances, elevators, or difficult setups.
Weather Policy
Safety is our priority.
In cases of severe weather, we may reschedule or adjust setups to protect both our equipment and your event. If we initiate a cancellation due to unsafe conditions, a rain check will be issued.
