Our 20×30 Commercial Frame Tent provides 600 square feet of covered space, making it ideal for weddings, parties, church events, vendor booths, and corporate gatherings. Designed with a no-center-pole frame, this tent offers an open, unobstructed layout and a clean, professional appearance for any outdoor event.
Capacity varies based on table layout and event style:
- 50 guests – Sit-down dinner with tables & chairs
- 60 guests – Buffet-style seating
- 75 guests – Ceremony or row seating
- Up to 120 guests – Cocktail / standing-room style
Capacity is approximate and depends on layout, table size, and spacing preferences.
Available at an additional cost:
- Water Barrels Tent Weights (required for hard surfaces)
- Sidewalls (solid or windowed; partial or full enclosure)
- Tent Lighting (bistro or string options)
- Tables & Chairs
- Long Carry Fee (if setup area is a significant distance from delivery point)
Required Anchoring & Surface Requirements
- Grass / Dirt: Stakes are included where permitted
- Concrete / Asphalt / Pavers / Decking:
- Water barrel weights are required
- Weights are rented separately
- Customer must disclose surface type at booking
- Tent will not be installed without proper anchoring
- Customer is responsible for underground utility clearance (where applicable)
- For safety reasons, tent installation may be canceled due to severe weather or unsafe site conditions.

• Sidewalls and lighting available as add-ons
• Not recommended during high winds or severe weather
• Customer must ensure clear access to setup area prior to arrival
• Power source must be within 100 feet. If power is unavailable, a generator rental will be required.
